Duties & Taxes

For international orders (those outside of Australia), import duties and local taxes may be incurred on your purchase once your package arrives in your country. International orders are shipped as DDU, meaning duties and taxes unpaid, so the incurring fees are not included in the price of the goods purchased from Dainty By Kate.

It is your responsibility as the customer to pay for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country the parcel is shipped to. Fees vary in each country depending on the regulations, so for more information please contact your local customs office who will be able to assist you.

Dainty By Kate is not liable for any late deliveries caused by local customs or third-party delivery companies.

 

Launch & Sales Shipping:

Due to the high volume of orders at launches and sales, processing and shipping times may be delayed and/ or extended. Our team will always work as hard as possible to ensure you receive your items in a timely manner.

 

Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order is shipped and on route (this can take up to 24 hours to become active)

Shipping costs are non-refundable and returns are made at the buyer’s expense.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or change items or the shipping address*.

*You may be able to change the shipping address if you log into your personal AusPost account or use the AusPost app. Please be aware that by changing the shipping address the delivery date and shipping times may be extended.  

 Please provide an accurate address and contact details, to help guarantee a successful first delivery attempt. If the parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will incur a Returned to Sender fee and will have to pay another shipping fee in order for us to send it back to you.
